Rekai - Seems I have a new name :-) and more.

"pssst, the "blogger" is in the home".  Could be worse I guess :-)  Seems the link went wild and most have seen the blog now but that's ok.  I have nothing to hide and I honestly think it has done some good.  When we went in today I was met by Natalia with a ton of information I had requested on the new legislature regarding medications.  however...  even though I asked several times for an actual link to that legislation so I could see it for myself and read it, I NEVER got the link.  She also had my moms' room ready with a fall mat.  A clean, new one.  Actually exactly like the one I have at home but a different colour.  They are very well made and cushy.

Natalia also helped me with the moving of my mom's bed.  We turn it around because she lays on one side and if we didn't she'd face the wall the entire time she's there.  Then she found that under the bed was dirty and she went and got a mop and gave it a go-over and then had the cleaning lady do it with the correct mop.  She was quite pleasant.

I signed more paperwork than I ever have before but that's ok as well.   Listen... if all this does is make it easier on one other family or one other client there then it's all good.  If no one ever has to use that disgusting fall mat again or any of the other things I've written about it means that a good thing has been done and something valuable has happened because believe me, that mat was something else and no one should ever have their face anywhere near it.  It's just not healthy.

**As a note here, this has been sitting in draft for some time.  I got busy for a while and then landed in the hospital for a month now.  Between the time I wrote this and now I learned a few things.  Turns out all that paperwork I sign???  Seems it's only me that has to do it.
